Our office is open from:
8am to 7pm Monday to Friday
9am to 2pm Saturdays
Closed on Sundays however there are housekeeping staff available for information and check-ins from 9am to 5.30pm on Sundays
On Bank Holidays and UK Public Holidays service may be limited - there is usually one staff member manning the phones during Public Holidays except for days when we are closed completely which will be posted here.
Please note that for accompanied check-ins, a staff member is available from 9am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Outside of office hours our main line (01753 833747) is diverted to a call centre that can contact us in an emergency. Please be aware that call out charges may apply for example if you have locked yourself out of your property after normal office hours and we have to come to let you back in!
Staff live on-site at Alma House for emergencies.
