Prices include all utility bills and council tax. Prices are in Sterling GBP (Great Britain Pounds) and there is no Vat payable on rent as we either sublet or own these properties and they are let as residential apartments.

The rental costs vary from one property to another depending on the location, grade and facilities offered and are subject to seasonal price changes. As a guideline please consider these as approximate prices and it is worth checking by telephone or email.
All properties are FULLY FURNISHED.

FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 4 WEEKS please call to discuss possible discounts (which depend on your arrival date and other current bookings) We can often offer a discount if you are prepared to pay for the whole stay up front with no cancellation possible. This can depend on the landlord but we aim to get an answer within an hour.

 

Low Season tends to be November to February, High Season is from March to October.

Please note our MINIMUM STAY IS normally 7 NIGHTS but we may accept less if there is a gap between bookings.

Prices are dependant on location and cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.

Additional services may be available such as extra cleaning, information on local schools and services, welcome packs, car hire - please just ask for assistance and we will try to help you to make life as comfortable as possible.

We reserve the right to amend pricing without notice - these are a guideline only and will differ depending on the length of stay and if extra facilities are required.

Bills - includes domestic usage on water, gas, electricity, council tax, tv licence, internet connection (fair usage policy applies), telephone line rental but NOT telephone calls.
