What
do we mean by serviced apartment accommodation? The serviced apartments
and houses that we provide in Windsor can be cleaned (serviced)
weekly which will include changing all bedlinen and towels - replacing
these with freshly laundered ones and ensuring that the apartment
has a general all over clean. This includes the bathrooms, kitchens
and dusting and hoovering throughout.
The
serviced apartment accommodation that we provide in Windsor and
Eton in Berkshire is of a high quality and are always fully furnished.
Servicing is an optional extra for which we make
an additional charge on top of the weekly rent. This is because
some people prefer not to have their apartment serviced and therefore
have the option of not having to pay for it!
Instead
of staying in an hotel, a serviced or non-serviced apartment provides
you with more space and facilities. Usually at least one bedroom,
a combined living/dining room and separate kitchen. Some apartments
are studios where the living/dining/sleeping area are in one room
with a compact kitchen - we provide a small number of these for
those on a lower budget.
All
apartments that we provide on weekly lets include all utilities
and council taxes but not telephone calls. Broadband internet is
provided at most locations - please ask if this is so before booking.

Temporary
Accommodation - what areas do we cover?
If
you are looking for temporary apartment accommodation as an alternative
to an hotel, we deal mostly with properties in Windsor but also
deal with a few properties in Eton, Slough. The apartment accommodation
in these areas are perfect for commuting or travelling into London
for business or pleasure.
Serviced
apartments are a good alternative to an hotel due to the extra space
as mentioned earlier and more and more property owners are providing
additional facilities to satisfy the needs of for corporate accommodation
seekers as the demand is much higher than it used to be.
Most
serviced apartment companies charge rates that are comparable with
a hotel room rate. Booking serviced accommodation will definatley
save you money if you are paying for a good quality town centre

checks the prices of serviced accommodation providers and local
hotels to ensure that our rates for serviced and non-serviced apartments
are in-line with others.
Another
good thing about renting for a short term is that there are no tenancy
agreements to sign or pay for, no hidden fees and usually no deposit.
Apartments taken on a short let basis are let by way of a licence
- the is no assured shorthold tenancy agreement created and it is
usually quicker and less painful than a long let.

What's
included in the price?
All
of our serviced apartments and houses come fully equipped with TV,
DVD player, washing machines, iron and ironing board, hoover, pots
and pans, cutlery, crockery, bedlinen and towels. Most apartments
have either a combined washer-dryer or a separate tumble drier.
Most have broadband internet access as standard now although it
is worth checking if this is the case when you book.
All
utilities are included in the rental of short term let properties
this includes gas, electric, water, council tax, TV licence and
maintenance charges.
Telephone
calls are not included in the rental and some apartments have landlines
and calls are charged at standard residential rates where the telephone
is used.
